Eligible Return Reasons

Exemptions & Non-Returnable Categories
In accordance with DGDA and Bangladesh health and safety standards, opened pharmaceuticals, personal hygiene items, unsealed lubricants, and customized solar mounting frames cut to specific roof geometries cannot be returned unless verified as defective upon arrival.
